Bee runs same-day delivery and commerce across Brunei for three groups at once: people who want things delivered, merchants who want to sell, and drivers who want flexible work. The challenge was holding all of that in one app without it feeling like four apps stapled together.
The approach
We designed a single home that shifts to whoever is using it. BeeDelivery, BeeMeds pharmacy pickup, BeeCross overseas forwarding, and the commission-free BeeMall marketplace share one flow, one cart, and one account, so a customer never has to leave to switch tasks.
