Owners run heating, cooling, and leak alerts for a whole building from one app.

Entech helps owners of multi-unit residential buildings cut utility costs by managing heating and cooling intelligently. The hardware, a network of sensors and smart thermostats, was solid; the software that owners and property managers actually touch needed to make all of it legible from one place.

The approach

We designed around the people running the buildings, not the equipment. Boiler control, leak detection, and per-unit temperature sit in one app, so a manager sees a whole portfolio at a glance and acts before a cold snap or a leak becomes a call-out.

What shipped

A monitoring and control app that ties Entech’s sensors, boilers, and thermostats together, with optional professional monitoring, so buildings run cooler on cost without anyone walking the basement.
