Beep is a Brunei fintech whose Beep Plus+ platform helps businesses take payments and serve customers better. Merchants were juggling separate tools for in-person payments, online selling, and loyalty. We were asked to make one platform that a small business could actually run day to day.
The approach
We designed around the merchant’s counter and their phone. Accepting payment, whether by QR, contactless, a payment link, or a card, sits alongside a virtual storefront and loyalty tools, all reporting into one dashboard so the owner sees the whole business in a glance.
What shipped
A merchant platform with omnichannel payments, an online storefront, and customer loyalty in one place, built for the small and medium businesses that make up most of Brunei’s high street.
